LOS BANOS — On February 17th, the Merced PD Gang Violent Suppression Unit paid a visit to local known gang member Cesar Huerta (26) after developing leads that he was in possession of firearms — which he is prohibited from owning.
GVSU agents arrived at his residence on the 700 block of Meadowlark Avenue and ended up finding a loaded 9mm handgun, a Ruger Mini-14 rifle, and ammunition inside.
Huerta was arrested for possession of firearms and ammunition as well as gang enhancements.
