ATASCADERO — Early on a recent Saturday morning the Atascadero police went to a home in the 8400 block of San Gregorio in response of a home invasion call.
They spotted two vehicles leaving the area and stopped them both. This led to the detention of seven individuals.
As they investigated, officers determined that all seven people entered a home and identified themselves as law enforcement.
They robbers then held the victims inside the home at gunpoint and restrained them forcefully. They briefly got away with a large amount of cash and property.
The arrested are:

37-year-old Tamone Thompson of Hayward
31-year-old Michael Bowden of Long Beach
35-year-old Joseph Perry of Antioch
36-year-old John Cichosz of Oakley
47-year-old Daniel Gonzalez of Antioch
26-year-old Treaveon Falls of Long Beach.
