Confiscated moonshine (KCSD)
KERN — On Saturday, the Auto Club Famoso Raceway hosted the Good Vibrations March Meet. It also hosted an undercover enforcement operation targeting illegal alcohol sales.
Detectives spotted an individual driving a mini bike that was pulling a red wagon.
To make matters easier, the mini bike driver sported a sign that read “Sunshine XXX.”
An undercover detective purchased a mason jar of the illegal brew, after which time 54-year-old Mark Bingaman was arrested for selling alcohol without a license.
The suspect also had an outstanding warrant for the same charge.
20 mason jars of moonshine were seized and presumably destroyed.
