FRESNO — On Sunday, March 12, two FPD officers noticed a 1991 Honda Accord near First Street and Belmont Avenue with incorrect plates and quickly conducted a traffic stop near Hedges Avenue and First Street.
The car came back as stolen out of Madera.
They detained the driver, 23-year-old Ruthless Thug Life (RTL) gang member and Kerman resident Joseph Archuleta, who was already on felony probation for evading.
Now added to his resume are new charges for felony auto theft, possession of a stolen vehicle, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of burglary tools, and probation violation.
