REDDING — On March 15th just before 9 AM, a woman shopping on Lake Boulevard reported that a man in a gray 2009 Chevy Cobalt had pulled up next to her and exposed himself.
She described the suspect as a black male adult and was able to take down his plate number.
An officer conducted a records check and tied the vehicle to Kawan Okoye Gaidowsky (22) of Shasta Lake City. Gadowsky was later interviewed about the allegation and admitted exposing himself to the woman, as well as two others in the area.
Gaidowsky was arrested for indecent exposure and booked into the Shasta County Jail. Police are encouraging anyone who may be a victim of similar crimes, Gadowsky’s or otherwise, to contact the Redding Police Department at (530) 225 – 4200.
