Over the past six weeks, the El Dorado County Sheriff’s Office has received several reports of a male suspect exposing himself to women as the shopped, primarily in the area of Missouri Flat Road in unincorporated Placerville.
In the most recent incident, the suspect exposed himself to a minor at a shopping center in Cameron Park.
Though the suspect masked his face with a scarf or bandana in most of these cases, extensive investigation led deputies to 22-year-old Dakota Spann, a resident of unincorporated Placerville, on the evening of March 15th.
Spann was arrested and booked into the El Dorado County Jail on six counts of indecent exposure and one count of annoying/molesting a child under 18 years of age.
