An investigation began almost immediately and, on March 11th of this year just before 12:30 AM, officers located and arrested 41-year-old Darrick Devereaux and 22-year-old Linda Jimenez, both of Stockton, for the shooting.
Search warrants were also executed on their home in Stockton, wherein police located three semi-automatic firearms and an assault rifle, along with nearly a quarter-pound of narcotics.
