Scene of Moyle’s crash and arrest
MALIBU — When a bail bondsman attempted to detain 33-year-old Tyler Moyle, he was assaulted by Moyle, who then fled the scene with an active domestic violence warrant for another incident.

It all began at Pacific Coast Highway and Trancas Canyon Road. About half an hour later deputies found the suspect, who at first appeared to yield but then made a U-turn and fled once more.
Within one minute, the suspect hit another vehicle at Pacific Coast Highway and Webb Way.
Moyle suffered injuries and was taken to a hospital for treatment before being charged with DUI, felony evading of a peace officer, and battery.
