CHOWCHILLA — On March 26th just after 5 AM, officers arrived on the 100 block of East Robertson Boulevard to investigate reports of vandalism. Witnesses described a suspect wearing a grey hoodie sweatshirt who was throwing rocks at a business and causing damage to the windows.
It was there that they met with a man matching the reported description, identified as Bryan Dutra.
Dutra was arrested and booked into the Madera Department of Corrections for felony vandalism.
