WOODLAND — On April 6th just before 5 PM, an officer arrived at Autumn Run Apartments on Matmor Road to investigate a report of a stolen vehicle.
The victim had reported that his 2008 Volkswagen was stolen and that the theft had been captured on the complex’s CCTV system. The footage was reviewed and showed two female juvenile suspects, both of whom were not strangers to police.
A report was completed and the officer went to one of their homes on the 100 block of College Street, near which the stolen vehicle was located with the two suspects sitting inside along with a third male juvenile suspect.
All three were arrested and booked into Yolo County Juvenile Hall on charges of vehicle theft and conspiracy to commit a crime.
