CORONA — A hit-and-run call came in to the CPD on Saturday night at 11:44 PM to report a victim lying in the roadway on the 800 block of Avenida Del Vista.
20-year-old Jonathan Santos-Cantu was suffering from major trauma, and later died at Corona Regional Hospital.

Witnesses told police that, after the accident, they saw two men push a black 4-door Lincoln into the Wal-Mart parking lot and then flee on foot.
Two suspects have been identified and one is reportedly cooperating. The other suspect, identified as 20-year-old Eduardo Lopez, is being sought for questioning.
