MADERA — Last night, May 24th, officers arrived on the 700 block of North D Street to investigate a reported collision.
The driver who was allegedly at fault, later identified as Alberto Cruz, was asked to perform a series of sobriety tests, the results of which were consistent with alcohol impairment.
Cruz then provided a breath sample that revealed his blood-alcohol content to be four times above the legal limit.
