FRESNO — The FPD reports two separate incidents involving stolen vehicles, with similar stories surrounding the arrests of four people.
On Monday, detectives spotted an unoccupied 2010 Ford Fusion that had been reported stolen. They waited and watched, and soon two people entered the vehicle and drove away.

On Tuesday, it was the same script with different actors. Detectives again spotted an unoccupied 1994 GMC Sierra pickup that had also been reported stolen. As they once again sat back, detectives later saw two people enter the vehicle and drive away.
At Clay and Peach Avenues detectives stopped the Sierra and arrested 39-year-old Michael Torres and 36-year-old Monica Yslas. The duo were charged with auto theft and possession of a stolen vehicle.
