SANTA MONICA — Two separate residential robberies were allegedly committed by the same transient, according the the LA County District Attorney’s Office.
Brian Noah Morgan has been charged with two counts of attempted murder, three counts of first-degree residential robbery, attempted residential robbery, first degree burglary and two counts of assault.
Morgan allegedly used a knife in the commission of his crimes. In addition, he used a hammer to attack one of his victims.
A conviction in this case could result in a possible maximum sentence of more than 45 years in prison.
