SAN FRANCISCO — On June 5th, witnesses reported a woman throwing items out of her car on the 2800 block of Great Highway.
Not long after, they noticed the vehicle had stopped and watched as she pushed her five-year-old daughter out of the car and onto the concrete. She then drove away with her one-year-old son still in the car, leaving her daughter unattended.
