LODI — On June 2nd at around 9:20 PM, officers arrived near the intersection of Highway 99 and Turner Road to investigate a reported robbery.
There they met with the victim, who said he’d been robbed of his motorized scooter at knifepoint.
Subsequent investigation identified 31-year-old Robert Leuenberger as the suspect. On June 7th, officers spotted him in the area of Riverpoint Drive. He was arrested after a brief foot pursuit and taken into custody for robbery.
