Jamel Boykins
LAGUNA HILLS — 26-year-old Jamel Boykins, a US Marine, was arrested on Friday, charged with the shooting death of his wife.
On Thursday afternoon around 2:30, OCSD deputies were called to a home in the 25000 block of Via Lomas.
Once there, they discovered a 23-year-old woman suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
Their investigation soon led them to Boykins and then to his arrest.
He is being held on a $1 million bail.
