Carlos Omar Alvarez
IMPERIAL — The ICSD is asking the public’s help in locating a burglary suspect. Carlos Omar Alvarez, age unknown, is being sought for burglary and vandalism charges.
Police have both his mugshot as well as a surveillance shot of Alvarez, to help in his identification.

Alvarez is 6’1″ tall and weighs 146 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
In addition, he has the word “Carlos” tattooed on his right arm.
