Suspect arrested after stealing from construction site

GRASS VALLEY // In the early morning hours of October 21st, police officers on patrol near a construction site at Ridge Road and Ryan’s Place noticed a suspicious vehicle and decided to investigate.
As it turned out, the plates on the vehicle — a Ford F150 — were not issued to this one in particular.
It was off this discovery that officers spoke to the vehicle’s sole occupant, Gregory Goode.
Goode was found to be in possession of stolen property “belonging to the construction site, as well as a loaded concealed semi-automatic firearm, methamphetamine, and drug paraphernalia.”
He was arrested and is now in custody at Wayne Brown Correctional Facility on $300,000 bail.
