MADERA // Two guys from Madera — Rangel Villalva and James Jackson Jr. — are in hot water after an officer found them drinking alcohol in their car.
The officer also found a loaded .45 caliber handgun and an ounce-and-a-half of cocaine, which earned them both a free trip to jail on charges of “possession of [a] loaded handgun and possession of cocaine with intent to distribute.”
