DAVIS // On October 30th, a Sacramento man notified Davis Police that he’d traced his stolen iPad to somewhere in South Davis.
Apparently, his iPad — along with his car — had been stolen out of Sacramento earlier that day, while he was at the gym. Officers tried to locate the iPad but were unsuccessful.
The victim later spoke with an investigating officer, who soon found the iPad sitting in the seat pocket of a parked car. The car, which didn’t have any plates, turned out to be stolen out of Fairfield.
While the victim has been reunited with his iPad, there’s no further word on his car or the stolen car from Fairfield. The investigation is ongoing.
