NAPA // On October 25th, a residence on the 2700 block of Elm Street was burglarized.
The suspect reportedly stole a 2006 Mercedes sedan from the property, which prompted an alert sent out to neighboring law enforcement agencies.
The next day, a Vallejo PD officer noticed the car in the area of Sereno Drive and Sonoma Boulevard in Vallejo.
The driver, Chuck Rothberg of Napa, was arrested “for possessing the stolen vehicle and violating the terms of his Post-Release Community Supervision.”
