Donte Davis, Maquetta Sanders and Eddie Starks
BRENTWOOD — Three suspects were apprehended and police recovered an unspecified amount of cash—three hours after a downtown bank robbery occurred on November 9.
A man entered the Bank of Agriculture and Commerce Community Bank a few minutes before 1 p.m. He pulled out a gun—demanded money from a teller, and then fled on foot to a nearby car.
After reviewing surveillance camera recordings from several businesses and interviewing eyewitnesses, Brentwood police investigators determined that three individuals were involved with robbing the bank located at 740 First Street.
Officers from the Antioch Police Department located the getaway car and detained the three suspects from Pittsburg, who were subsequently arrested.
Maquetta Sanders (38), Eddie Starks (29), and Donte Davis (35) were each charged with first degree robbery, and conspiracy to commit a crime.

She was previously arrested in Antioch, Pittsburg and San Mateo, on charges for burglary, forgery, identity theft, receiving stolen property, and vehicle theft.
Starks also faces an additional charge for being an accessory to a crime. He’s in custody at the Martinez Detention Facility; held for $250,000 bond. Starks had prior arrests in Antioch, Pittsburg and San Joaquin—on drug, identity theft, vehicle theft and weapons charges.
