Lincoln Police investigate suspicious behavior on Mallard Court

LINCOLN // At around 4 AM on November 12th, police received numerous calls about a person behaving suspiciously on Mallard Court.
Callers believed he may be under the influence of narcotics and noticed him continually trying to get into a vehicle.
Responding officers spoke with the man, identified as 23-year-old Adam Jilani of Rocklin, and determined he was under the influence of drugs after finding a syringe in his possession.
He was arrested and booked at the South Placer Jail.
