LODI // On November 9th just before 11:30 AM, police searched Joseph Hillard’s home on the 2400 block of San Martino Way.
Police had received tips that Hillard was selling narcotics out of his home, confirmed by the pound of methamphetamine and $6,000 seized during the search. Hillard is now housed at the Lodi PD jail.
The next day at around noon, 30-year-old Ricard Rivas was arrested for armed robbery after having been surveilled by Lodi PD detectives. Police then searched his home on the 1200 block of S. Hutchins Street and found a firearm and ammunition.
Rivas has since joined Hillard in custody at the Lodi PD jail.
