RIVERBANK // 29-year-old Felix Wilkerson is on the hook for felony hit-and-run after fleeing the scene of a crash on November 28th.
Just after 5 PM, deputies with Riverbank Police Services responded to a report of a hit-and-run accident at the intersection of Patterson and Snedinger. At the scene, they discovered Wilkerson had been driving over 75 MPH along Patterson Road, struck another vehicle, and immediately fled.
Inside the the vehicle he struck were a woman and her two children. One of the children, 4, was taken by helicopter to the ER with a head injury. The mother and other child were also taken to hospital for treatment.
Wilkerson was eventually located and arrested for felony hit-and-run and reckless driving.
