Monique Monteverde and Arby Monteverde
LOMA LINDA – On October 13th someone reported to the sheriff that their credit card had been used without their consent.
The investigation ultimately identified 53-year-old Monique Monteverde and her son, 29-year-old Arby Moneteverde, as the suspects of the fraud.
A warrant was issued for their arrest on November 29 at their home at 24414 University Avenue. The ensuing search of their home produced evidence of credit card fraud, an embossing machine and other evidence.
The pair were booked for identity theft and credit card fraud. They were also wanted by San Diego and Riverside counties for related crimes.
