NORWALK — Last year, between June and October, 26-year-old Johnny Arellano had a sexual relationship with two female students at Norwalk High School, where he worked as an assistant track coach.
On October 5th, the suspect was taken into custody after “a concerned adult” contacted authorities concerning the crime. Investigation revealed a third victim during the same time period.
On Monday, Arellano pleaded no contest to one count of oral copulation with a person under 16 and two counts of oral copulation of a person under 18.
His next date in court is for sentencing on Feb. 21. The sentence is expected to be three years in prison and a lifetime of registering as a sex offender.
