SAN LEANDRO // The Police Department is investigating an officer-involved shooting after an incident on Thursday evening.
During an investigation into an auto burglary ring, a Fremont PD officer was involved in a shooting in San Leandro shortly after 9 PM.
One suspect was injured and taken to hospital. Another suspect, believed to be armed, fled on foot and remains at large. No officers were injured.
