HANFORD — Last Wednesday evening around 7:30, deputies came to the Tachi Palace Hotel Casino on a call that a 5-year-old was left unattended there.
A customer found a 5-year-old girl wandering around on one of the floors of the hotel.” After playing the slots for some hours, the child’s mother came to security at 8:00 PM.
Karla Medina had left her child alone in the hotel room and then went to gamble downstairs. She was booked for child endangerment. The child was handed over to CPS.
