WEST COVINA – The Human Trafficking Bureau of Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department has announced the launch of a search for Wanted Suspect Paul Erwin Black, Jr. (49) a transient, for distributing child porn.
The homeless man, described as 5’9, 210 lbs., with blonde hair and blue eyes, has been seen frequenting the areas of West Covina and La Puente.
The warrant issued for the wanted suspect was announced by human trafficking authorities due to “Suspect Black’s involvement with the downloading and distribution of images of child pornography on the internet.”
Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department urges anyone with information about the whereabouts of Suspect Black to contact Human Trafficking Bureau Deputy French at (323) 526-5156.
