BURSON – The MET (Marijuana Enforcement Team) discovered and destroyed over 4,000 marijuana plants. On May 3 MET took the illegal plants from a home in the 5000 block of Southworth Road.
The 5-acre lot held numerous cargo containers. The CCSO press release added,”Several large industrial sized generators were running to power many of the grow rooms.”
The house itself did not hold any growing plants. However, thousands of plants grew in the front yard. As a result, 4,834 plants met their end.
