NAPA – The NPD reports the arrest of one person in an armed robbery. The other suspects remains on the loose.
The incident occurred on May 26 at Hagen Road near Silverado Trail at 4:00 pm. The victims gave law enforcement a description of the getaway car.
Apparently the victims “met the suspect during a private party sale of jewelry.”
Then a NCSD deputy saw the fleeing Hyundai and began pursuing it. The car ended up near the Napa Expo as BottleRock, an annual music festival, went on.
Officers apprehended one of the suspects as he entered the venue “via a Third Street gate.” In contrast, the other suspect got away.
In conclusion, 27-year-old San Francisco resident William Carter faces a slew of charges in this incident. These charges include armed robbery, evading, conspiracy, assault and a prohibited person in possession of a firearm and ammunition.
The other suspect is “a light-skinned Hispanic male with dark curly hair, in his late 20s to early 30s.
