MADERA – The MCS had already warned her not to trespass again. However, on June 4 29-year-old Blanca Gomez couldn’t help herself.
A call came in from the 16200 block of Chapin Street. Lopez was at it again. Deputies had arrested her “at a neighboring property” on May 28.
Also, authorities gave her “prior warnings not to trespass in the area on several occasions.”
During her June 4 arrest, Lorez occupied a trailer and wouldn’t come out. As law enforcement tried to arrest her, she struggled and then bit an officer.
Deputies took Lopez “to a local hospital for medical clearance.”
The charges she face are felony resisting, misdemeanor obstruction and trespassing.
