JACKSON – The deputy saw a man slumped over in his car, with the driver’s door open. This incident occurred last weekend on North Main Street.
Checking to see if the man was okay, the deputy saw a needle and “needle caps on the floorboard.”

30-year-old Jon Thomas Allen Eaton also had a meth pipe in his pocket. In addition, he had a scale, meth, heroin, cutting agents, loaded syringes and evidence of drug sales.
The ACSO arrested Eaton on charges if possession of controlled substance and paraphernalia. As they added, “cars and drugs don’t mix.”
