WEED – At the Pilot Travel Center someone spotted a burglary suspect out of Medford, Oregon. They made a call to authorities, who arrived to the business and “spoke to” 37-year-old Randy Allen Heintz.
Then, SCSO deputies and other officers had a conversation on June 12, early in the morning with the suspect.
The Spokane, Washington man held property in the car associated with burglaries both in Siskiyou County and Medford, Oregon.
Officers summarily arrested Heintz and charged him with burglary, stolen property and felon in possession of a firearm.
The suspect’s passenger, 42-year-old Melissa Tschanz, also faces burglary charges.
