BANNING – After a yearlong investigation into child neglect, the BPD made an arrest of a 36-year-old Banning resident.
In the first place, an initial report came in to the BPD on June 28, 2017. Officers responded to the 100 block of Hargrave Street. They conducted “an initial investigation,” and then “turned over the case to detectives.”
In conclusion, after a year, detectives developed enough information for an arrest. On June 5 they obtained a warrant an don June 6 they took the Kristina Placentia into custody.
The suspect’s charges are assault with a deadly weapon, child endangerment and false imprisonment.
