COLUSA – The couple drove a Ford Explorer with an expired registration, expired nearly two years ago.
That was enough to merit law enforcement’s attention on July 18 at 11:40 pm. The female passenger at first gave a fake name to officers.

Eventually they discovered that it was Colleen Ray Uutella, who had both felony and misdemeanor warrants out on her.
Of course officers arrested her for those warrants, as well as for using a false name.
Officers also arrested the driver, John Ray Chavira, for “various drug charges and driving on a suspended license.”
