HIGHLAND – After recklessly driving and assaulting others, Juan Ramon Ramos’s shooting ends in his death.
On July 22 near 4:00 p.m. SBCSD received a reckless driver call from Olive and 13th Streets. Deputies spotted a white Crown Victoria speeding by and running red lights.

A deputy, fearing for the safety of the citizens Ramos approached, fired a shot at him, striking him. Finally, Ramos died at 5:30 p.m.
