LOS BANOS – It started as a drug bust following the common traffic stop on July 12 at 6:15 p.m. A LBPD officer made the stop in the 1200 block of Santa Barbara Street.

The three people arrested and their charges are –
- 22-year-old Alexander Cody Mosell, (driver) possession of heroin and paraphernalia;
- 23-year-old Obet Rodriguez, possession of meth;
- 20-year-old Jessie James Lewis, possession of paraphernalia.
Furthermore, as the officer investigated, he “located equipment used for making fraudulent credit cards. This included blank VISA cards and an embossing machine.
Therefore, “the investigation is ongoing” as investigators locate “potential victims and additional suspects.”
