TULARE – An additional two join Miguel Corona as suspects responsible for the murder of 24-year old Nieko Manderson. Someone discovered Manderson on April 2nd on the 4100 block of Ave 400 in Kingsburg, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
On June 28th, detectives arrested the first suspect. The Violent Crimes Unit and Swat Team executed a search warrant for 25-year old Corona’s Parlier residence. In the first place, detectives questioned Corona and booked him into the Tulare County Pretrial Facility, charging him with murder.
On August 2nd, two search warrants for the Parlier residences of Jose Cervantes, 20, and Mario Torres, 25 were issued and carried out by the Violent Crimes Unit and Swat Team. Subsequently, detectives also arrested Torres and booked him into the Tulare County Pretrial Facility.
In contrast, detectives did not locate Cervantes in Parlier. He was already at the Fresno County Jail after his arrest in Sanger on July 30th for attempted homicide, a case unrelated to Manderson’s death. Due to the serious charge, all three suspects do not have any bail amounts set.
