Female and Former Boyfriend Arrested for Possession, Distribution of Child Pornography

RANCHO CUCAMONGA – A female and her former boyfriend face charges for possession and distribution of child pornography.
Investigators from the CAC (Crimes Against Children) division discovered evidence against 34-year-old Brittany Clark and 34-year-old Brett Kuch.
The evidence revealed both possession and distribution of child pornography.
Detectives arrived at the United Christian Academy on August 13 to arrest Clark. She worked for eight years as a teacher’s aide. She previously worked at Water of Life Church in Fontana.
Following her arrest she now has a bail of $100,000.
On August 9 detectives arrested Brett Kuch while he drove in Chino. Clark and Kuch were in a previous dating relationship.
Kuch also faces the same charges and a bail of $500,000.
A SBSD press release says, “At this time, Investigators have not found any evidence that Clark had inappropriate photographs of students.Also, that she had inappropriate contact with any students during her employment as an aide.”
In addition, “We are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying any person who may have been victimized by Kuch or Clark.
