SAN JOSE – SJPD arrested a man for beating his wife to death. The suspect struck her in the head multiple times. According to San Jose Police, the woman suffered multiple head injuries and succumbed to her injuries eight days after the attack.
Officers arrived to a domestic disturbance call from Muirfield Court on August 8 at 4:44 p.m. Officer Gina Tepoorten said, “Arriving officers located an adult female victim suffering major head trauma from an apparent assault.”
Police arrested the victim’s husband, 48-year-old Cam Ngoc Le. They charged him at first for attempted murder on August 8, 2018. Consequently, they changed the charge to murder on August 16, 2018, after the victim died from her injuries.
