Stanislaus County Board of Supervisors Member Arrested for DUI

SACRAMENTO – On Wednesday night a deputy pulled over a member of the Stanislaus County Board of Supervisors for DUI.
Around 10:50 p.m. 44-year-old Kristin Olsen erratically drove on 80 east with her headlights off. Near the Greenback exit a deputy pulled her over. Olsen faces a DUI charge.
Olsen tweeted, “I regret having made an inadvertent, careless mistake last night. As you can imagine, I’m embarrassed and horrified. I apologize to my family and constituents for this incident. It was a hard lesson to learn.”
Olsen began serving on the SC Board in 2017. She also served in the CA State Assembly from 2010-2016.
