ALAMO CA – Three persons remain in custody for allegedly robbing a Wells Fargo bank in Alamo last week. Contra Costa County Sheriff’s deputies arrested the suspects not long after the bank was robbed.
The robbery took place shortly after 4 p.m. on September 25 at the Wells Fargo bank in the Alamo Plaza Shopping Center located at 3157 Danville Boulevard.
All three robbers fled from the scene before deputies arrived. However, a witness was able to provide information about the suspects, including the license plate number of the getaway car.
Shortly afterward, a deputy located the car driving northbound on Highway 680 in Pleasant Hill. Deputies pulled the vehicle over near the ramp at Buskirk Avenue.
Cash and other allegedly stolen property were recovered from the vehicle, and three occupants were arrested. A witness identified each suspect.
Two of the suspects are men, Ryan Pritchett, 26 of Martinez; and Jesus Aguilar, 31 of Walnut Creek. The other suspect arrested is a woman, 40-year-old Susan Martin from Auburn.
Pritchett remains in custody in lieu of $655,000 bail at the Martinez Detention Facility. His charges are first degree robbery, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of stolen property.
Jesus Aguilar is also housed at the Martinez Detention Facility, with his bail set at $295,000. His charges are first degree robbery, assault with a deadly weapon likely to cause great bodily harm, and battery.
The third suspect, Martin remains in custody at the West County Detention Facility in Richmond. Her charges are first degree robbery and identity theft, and her bail is $210,000.
