In mid December, multiple reports began coming in to the Tulare County Sheriff’s Department about a 50-year old man, later identified as Robert Parker, exposing himself while in the front yard of his Visalia home.
Detectives of the Violent Crimes Unit set up surveillance at the man’s home home on December 12th and 13th.
On December 13th, about 4:30 PM, detectives caught Parker in the act.
He was detained and taken to the Visalia Police Department for questioning after which he was arrested.
He was booked into the Tulare County Pre-trail Facility facing eight counts of Lewd and Indecent Exposure.
