HOLTVILLE – A disturbance call came in to the Imperial County Sheriff’s Office on Friday December 21st at 7:00 p.m. from the 1900 block of Underwood Road.
Arriving deputies encountered a battery victim with injuries to their head. Their investigation then led them to another location, where they discovered a 39-year-old male victim dead from a gunshot wound to the head.
Soon authorities located the suspect, 40-year-old Adrian Alvarado Lopez, and a female companion.
Deputies charges Lopez with murder, assault with a deadly weapon, and being a felon in possession of ammunition. His bail is $1,000,000.
36-year-old Jessica Michelle Noriega was charged with being an accessory, with a bail of $10,000.
