SJPD Arrests Former High School Teacher For Sex with Students

San Jose – The San Jose Police Department’s Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force / Child Exploitation Detail (CED) has made an arrest in case brought against 56-year-old Gregory Marshall for suspected sexual penetration and oral copulation with a person under the age of 18.

Marshall was arrested after allegations surfaced that the track coach at Branham High School in San Jose had sex with students at another school where he had taught in the past.  According to police, between the years of 2004 and 2005, while employed at Valley Christian High School, Marshall had unlawful sex with two victims.

On Thursday, January 244th Marshall was arrested in San Jose and was subsequently booked into Santa Clara County Jail on 12 counts of sexual penetration with a person under the age of 18 (felony) – 289(h) PC and 12 counts of oral copulation with a person under the age of 18 (felony) – 287(b)(1) PC.
