Illegal Marijuana Cultivation Site Discovered in Mountain Ranch Home

MOUNTAIN RANCH – The Marijuana Enforcement Team, in an effort to discover illegal marijuana cultivation sites, served a search warrant on a residence in the 8000 block of Cave City Road on March 14th.
Investigators indeed discovered such a site at the residence. They found a total of 1,985 plants in “varying stages of maturity.” The main house had been “converted into several individual growing rooms.”

In addition, investigators also confiscated a commercial sized generator and discovered “multiple code violations including “unpermitted electrical work.”
Arrested at the site was 39-year-old Huiyang Cen. Cen is charged with maintaining a drug house, possession of marijuana for sale, conspiracy and illegal marijuana cultivation.
His bail is set at $100,000.
