SAN FRANCISCO – On the afternoon of March 20, at Jefferson and Taylor Streets, officers arrived to find a man suffering from stab wounds.
Responders rendered aid to the male victim on site, and then took him to Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital. However, the victim later died from his wounds.
At scene near Taylor and North Point, officers also nabbed the suspect, identified 56-year-old Bruce Edward Penn. He and the victim were known to hang out in the Fisherman’s Wharf area.
Penn was charged with assault with a deadly weapon and murder.
